Increases damage by ($damage_value)% and accuracy by ($accuracy_value)% and shifts her targeting to the back row for ($time_value) seconds.
RFB is an AR who really wanted to be a RF, and goes pretty much all in on it, having 30% base Crit Rate instead of an AR's usual 20%. During her Skill, she gains realtime furthest targeting, as well as increasing her own Damage and Accuracy. As enemy frontline can often be extremely tanky into the lategame, RFB manages to still have some use where other generic ARs start falling off, being able to pick off priority targets in the back and leaving obnoxiously tanky frontline for the tank.
Pre-chip this wasn't too amazing, but with the #2 Chip RFB ends up with Damage comparable with the lower end of RFs, but her RoF is massive in comparison, ending up with about double that of a self-buffer's RoF. Of course this comes with the caveat that she has no AP, though backline usually isn't that heavily Armored, and she can equip a PEQ so she can be quite nice for Night against evasive backline especially. She also obviously doesn't have CDR tiles for HGs.
Her Skill uptime isn't too amazing, being only 8/16 but provided she kills her important targets in those 8 seconds, it isn't much of an issue. She also ignores enemy Taunt during uptime, meaning she can kill for example Gunners behind Gladiators.
With frontline usually being the least important things to kill, being able to ignore them and kill the much more deadly backline first makes her a great option in some situations.
Before her Skill she ends up with 104 Damage and 79 RoF, which is equal Damage with RFs on the lower end, while having over double standard RF RoF.
RFB can equip a PEQ, making her much more effective than most RFs against evasive enemies at Night.
As RFB is an AR, she cannot equip AP Ammo should this be needed.
