Overview
4 Shiki is a non-standard self-buff RF who also procs a sure-hit piercing shot every three attacks.
This special piercing bullet cannot crit and deals 1x damage and is always aimed at the furthest enemy in range.
Even with her login SPEQ (allowing her to pierce with every other shot instead), she is vastly outperformed by Hanyang Mod.
Pros
Piercing Attacks
Very few Dolls have access to piercing attacks, and while 4 Shiki's is one of the worst, it is still her main draw.
Cons
Piercing Shot Does Not Crit
This massively reduces the damage that her piercing shots can actually put out.
