A-545’s Skill sets her Crit Rate to 100%, meaning she'll scale well with Crit Damage (including her own buff from being the Echelon Leader) even at Night. She also has actual targeting but debuffs her Accuracy after her Skill ends, lasting until the end of battle. What her Skill doesn’t say is that she actually targets the furthest enemy instead of the closest during Skil, prioritizing Elites.
With all this in mind, A-545 is useful for eliminating the enemy backline first and can be used at Night. She still isn’t great against evasive enemies in drawn-out fights, but if her Accuracy debuffs aren’t an issue she can be nice. This makes her optional.
