A-91 is a Limited Drop 4★ AR that can be farmed in the Continuum Turbulence event.
While her stats and tiles are decent, her Anti-Personnel Grenade's nighttime extra effect is not often relevant due to its long ICD.
Since far stronger and more accessible grenadiers like M4 SOPMOD II exist (especially with her Neural Upgrade), it's difficult to find situations in which A-91 can actually outperform her peers - pure selfbuffers or pure grenadiers tend to work better in almost all situations.
During the night, her self-buff lets her clean up enemies not destroyed by the grenade better than most other grenadiers, giving A-91 a specific niche in Continuum Turbulence and Isomer ranking stages for minimaxers aiming for top 100.
