Overview
APC556 is an AR who interacts with buffs.
APC556 effectively has a permanent 40% Damage buff if used with 2 other ARs, while adding small additional flat Damage buffs to the Echelon Leader. A permanent 40% Damage buff isn’t terrible, and the extra buffs aren’t awful, but also not very impressive.
APC556’s performance is mostly in line with other self-buffing ARs, and her Leader buffs aren’t big enough to make a significant impact. As such, she is not recommended for use.
Full analysis
On her initial release, she was way too overpowered, and they nerfed her to where she is now.
Her Leader-specific buff takes the Damage buff value and adds half of that as flat damage. As an example, SAA grants a 22% Damage buff to the Echelon with her Skill, so APC556 will add +11 Damage to the Echelon Leader.
