Overview
C96 is a Flare HG, granting her allies Night Vision at Night.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Flare HGs were reworked to counteract the -90% Accuracy penalty from Night by granting their allies’ Night Vision, similar to a PEQ, instead of only granting Accuracy. While this can situationally be useful, C96 has terrible tiles and does not grant enough Night Vision to make it worth it. As such, C96 is not recommended to use before Modding.
