Overview
The ability to remove enemy buffs is in short supply, but sadly CM901’s Skill has too many restrictions to be very useful. She can only target one enemy and then steals up to 3 buffs from them, prioritizing buffs in the following order: HP Shields > Damage > Rate of Fire > Evasion > Critical Rate > Accuracy > Movement Speed.
The fact that she can only target one enemy at a time and then also doesn’t work on bosses, just makes it so that there are practically no use cases for her.

Her Skill targets prioritizes enemies with more buffs active. She can also target enemies past the Echelon’s targeting range. Stolen buffs can still be cleansed by for example enemy Quills.
