Known by some as the dauteru of SV-98 because of their striking resemblance, SCW can be considered a direct downgrade from SR-3MP (Shrimp), featuring similar stats and skill. However, her limited availability, due to a map extremely awful to farm her, coupled with a weaker version of Shrimp’s skill, average HP and a niche use, which is direct fire SMGs, makes her extremely unsuited for both newer commanders and veteran commanders who are likely to have dropped Shrimp on 10-4e.
As direct fire SMGs have become somewhat relevant due to the advent of Doggos-Archer enemy pair, commanders can find some use for her if they somehow have her and not Shrimp.
Buffing a mediocre 10% ROF and 6% Damage and only the AR directly behind her, SCW’s tiles, while buffing important stats for ARs, barely makes a difference. Her buffs are comparable to M38, which is a statement to how bad her buffing is.
Being a hybrid skill means she neither excels at buffing Evasion nor at buffing FP, on top of having a 3 star multiplier. By buffing a mere 150% FP and 40% FP, SCW stands way below dedicated FP buffers like Shrimp, who buffs her own FP up by 260%, and dedicated Evasion self-buffers like MP7, who buffs up her own Evasion by 180%
Direct fire SMGs depend greatly on maintaining their dummy links to have a decent DPS output. Having an average HP means that SCW will lose links easier than her competitors.
