Overview
Dorothy Haze is a SMG with a toggle-able effect, cycling through 2 buff modes.
The first mode grants Dorothy Haze a 100% Damage buff, while granting allies in her column 80% Evasion and decreasing their Accuracy by 40%.
The second mode grants Dorothy Haze a 100% Evasion buff, while granting allies in her column 80% Accuracy and decreasing their Evasion by 40%.
The Skill automatically picks the effect fitting for her position in the Echelon at the start of battle (Evasion self-buff on pos5 and Damage buff on pos2/8).
The Evasion buffs (both for self and allies) are decent for tanking attacks before most other SMGs would have a chance to get their Skills up. But outside this super early niche, she’s got a fairly weak multiplier when compared to other options, and newer Mods make her largely irrelevant in this regard. There are simply far better early stalling options these days (such as Zip .22 and P10C).
The Damage and Accuracy buffs are completely irrelevant, with the Damage buff being far too weak for SMG stats to make use of, and the Accuracy being well… Accuracy.
As such, Dorothy Haze is optional at best, and is not really worth raising. No, having RF tiles does not make her fit well with RFs.
