Stops attacking to put on 5 performances. Each performance increases a random allies' damage and accuracy by ($b_value)%(($bu_value)% if "Glory Light" is equipped). Max 1 stack. Stacks last 3 seconds.
El Clear (or Clear) is a buffing HG who needs to stand still to keep activating her effects, increasing whoever is highest on the DPS chart's Damage and Accuracy by 40% (you should always have her SPEQ equipped). This will not reapply to targets who currently have the buff, and if left alone will leave the highest DPS Doll with a close to permanent uptime, but not the second-highest.
As she needs to stand still to keep applying her buffs after activating her Skill, it is usually best to keep her in the backline unless you are willing to do some extra, precise kiting. More details in Full Analysis.
Clear comes with fairly strong RoF tiles and a very strong Damage buff from her Skill, as such she's a hybrid buffer.
40% is very high, and as it applies to the highest DPS target first, is also quite reliable while having near full uptime on the highest DPS unit. With CDR tiles she can reach basically full uptime on 2 DPS with some kiting. Alternatively, using her in an Exodia will leave the main DPS with practically permanent uptime.
If left to her own devices, Clear will only keep the highest DPS unit with a near-permanent buff, while the other DPS will have a much lower uptime.
As Clear needs to stand still somewhat frequently to keep applying buffs, using other Dolls to kite should be prioritized.
Clear only needs to stand still for ~3 frames to start applying her buffs, while the animation lasts longer you can immediately kite her again after it has started.
