Overview
FF FNP9 is a Evasion debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Evasion with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. While reducing enemies’ Evasion will help kill them faster, most enemies do not have enough Evasion for this to be better than directly buffing Damage/Rate of Fire. While FF FNP9’s tiles are fine, her Skill potency is lacking. As such, FF FNP9 is not recommended for use.
