Overview
FMG-9 is an Evasion self-buffer SMG, with a reasonable uptime and acceptable multiplier.
While FMG-9 does increase her survivability through her Skill, there is simply no reason to raise her as RO635 is given for free from Story Chapter 7-6 and late game options are centered around strong Mods. As such, FMG-9 is not recommended for use.
