Overview
MP7's Skill decreases her Rate of Fire by 20% in exchange for increasing both her Evasion by 180% and her movement speed by 50% for 5 seconds, as MP7 is a Main Tank the RoF decrease does not matter. The increased Movement Speed makes MP7 easier to use for avoiding AoE attacks and kiting.
MP7's tile buffs are quite good at 15% RoF and 25% Accuracy.
MP7 suffers from the same weaknesses as Suomi pre-Mod. Having no defensive buff until the 6-second mark, she will suffer damage in a general-usage scenario.

While MP7's HP may not be the highest, her blend of HP and Evasion with her Skill gives her very high effective HP.
