[Passive]: The first time an Elite enemy unit's HP drops below 70% from an attack, launch a small grenade at them, dealing ($dam_value1)x damage in a radius of 1.5 units. This damage scales with the targets Dummy-links. Additional grenades will be launched from the users Dummy-links if multiple units drop below the HP threshold. [Active]: Increases own damage by ($dam_value2)% for ($duration) seconds. If current DPS is not the highest out of all present allies on skill activation, increases own damage by ($dam_value3)% instead.
HK433's self-buff requires her to not have the highest current damage to gain the full benefit. This means that pre-Skill DPS sort of matters for whoever you are bringing her with. Of course, as she only barely managed to scrape even with G41 (the baseline AR) even with this full 100% buff, HK433 isn't really worth fielding in the first place.
The grenades that launch at Elites when they first drop below 70% HP are mostly irrelevant to her kit, as most Elites are backline enemies and tend to also be unlinked, meaning she barely does any damage at all to them with said grenade.
HK433's damage output falls behind even the baseline AR.
Elites tend to be unlinked, and usually have way too much health for a 2x grenade to be very useful.
The "highest DPS" check is similar to MG338's, where it uses the total damage dealt, damage meter on the right side of the screen can be used as reference for general content but does not display HP Shields (they still count for 433). This is only checked on Skill activation, not real-time updated. HOCs do not count for HK433's highest DPS check.
