[Passive]: When enemies are under negative status effects, damage taken is increased by ($pass_amp)%. When allies are under negative status effects, damage taken is reduced by ($pass_reduce)%. Passive is always active during night battles. [Active]: Increases the damage dealt to all enemies by ($amp_value)% for ($duration) seconds.
Unlike traditional Damage buffers, HP-35 utilizes the damage amp debuff to achieve a similar effect, though with a few unique quirks thrown in that differentiate her from the rest. While initially labeled as little more than a speq for an overhyped RF, HP-35 is a very competent addition to most teams as a supporter with a little extra thrown in.
There’s little to complain about with the effects of HP-35’s tiles, her 30% Damage buff is appreciated by any DPS, and her 20% Evasion buff helps increase the survivability of Evasion tanks as one would expect. However, HP-35’s tile shape is somewhat inconvenient, forcing her into position 1, 2, or 5 to buff both RFs in an RFHG team (her most common application), and both RFs need to be on positions 7 and 4 (or 4 and 1 if she’s on position 2, but this is rarer), which limits kiting with other HGs in the team.
HP-35’s skill comes with a passive and active component. HP-35’s passive inflicts an 8% damage amp debuff to the entire enemy team if any of its members has a debuff already on them, and if any teammate has a debuff inflicted, she gives all teammates a 15% damage reduction buff. As a bonus, at night, both parts of her passive are always on, granting all teammates a slight buff to their damage output and survivability. When activated, HP-35’s skill inflicts an 18% damage amp debuff to all enemies for 6 seconds. This can be treated as a damage buff in most cases, but due to where damage amp is applied in damage calculations, this has a few interesting additional effects. HP-35 can increase the damage output of HOCs, Max HP% attacks, and additive Damage buffs, while regular Damage buffs can not. This opens up unique interactions with certain dolls, though it is not recommended to always use HP-35 with dolls that have these characteristics, as both they and HP-35 may have better teammate options elsewhere.
A strong Damage and Evasion buff makes up a simple but effective tile buff for both DPS and Evasion tanks.
HP-35 applies a damage amp debuff to the enemy team with no hassle, with a passive that rounds out both her offensive and defensive supporting aspects.
HP-35’s tile shape is a bit harder to fully utilize than other HGs’, limiting her positioning for covering DPS units in most teams.
