[Passive]: Damage taken that is below the Max Energy value is reduced by ($value1)%. Maximum amount of Energy is 100 points. Movement speed will be set to 0 and disables attacking for ($value3) seconds.
Jatimatic is another attempt at making cheating (kiting) illegal. Of course, kiting is integral to combat unless you can actually just stand there AFK, which Jatimatic isn't quite strong enough to do.
Her Skill grants her 10 HP Shields per second while active, prevents her from moving, as well as giving her Energy. Any damage instance taken that deals less damage than her Energy is halved. So if she takes a hit for 29 damage while having 30 Energy, she'll halve the damage taken. Obviously this is only good if you can guarantee damage taken is actually below Energy, and she only gets 25 Energy at the end of her first Skill use and most enemies deal more than this, which means she'd need 16 seconds to get 50 Energy, at which point she's likely to be getting her passive to activate consistently. Of course, the fight is likely also over at this point.
As she takes so long to ramp and her HP Shields are still weaker than MPL for example, Jatimatic isn't really all that useful. If you actually want massive damage reduction and HP Shields just use Suomi Mod.
50% Damage Reduction is very good when combined with HP Shields.
Jatimatic only gets 25 Energy per Skill activation, so she needs to activate her Skill multiple times to actually get enough Energy to get her damage reduction passive.
This is also obviously really bad.
