Jill's tile buffs are very admirable, at 40% Damage and 40% Accuracy. This makes her a common appearance in various 10-4e core farming teams, as well in some ROF based RFHG's.
The ability to customize the skill's specific ability depending on the combination of ingredients makes Jill very flexible.
Jill's skill, while very flexible, is also castrated by her very high cooldown times. Jill's skill only activates until many battles are about to finish on their own, making her skill's use diminish significantly.
When serving a drink, Jill is unable to move until after she begins to prepare the next drink. This can cause issues with various late-game enemies as Jill would be unable to kite during that time, exposing her to extra damage.
