M110 is a self-buffing RF who takes some extra steps to hit even more times. As she really really wants to hit at least 100 RoF, you want to make sure to bring at least one dedicated RoF buffer.
While M110 also has a 150 RoF clause, bringing two dedicated RoF buffers would overcap her more than she gains. As such, you'd either need to make sure you are bringing just enough RoF or just leave her at the 100 RoF clause.
The "can trigger special effects" in her Skill description means that things like SCAR tile effects (+100 Damage from SCAR-L, for example) will work. No this does not mean you should use her with SCAR-L.
Effectively has a 120% self-buff provided there is another RoF buffer in the Echelon.
As M110's individual hits do less Damage to hit multiple times, not fully penetrating enemy Armor will drastically reduce her DPS.
