[Passive]: Regular attacks against armourless enemies deal 1.05x damage. [Active]: Enter sniper mode for 9 seconds. After every ($time_value) seconds of aiming, deal ($dam_value)x damage to the furthest target and decrease their damage by ($debuff_value)% for 3 seconds. This skill is capable of critical damage, bypasses accuracy checks, but doesn't ignore armour.
M200’s Skill, Unspoken Killing Intent, at SL10, locks her at an attack interval of once every 1.5 seconds, effectively giving her 6 attacks while the skill is active. This fixed attack speed means M200 cannot make use of RoF buffs while her Skill is active. During this time, M200’s attacks deal double damage, will always target the furthest enemy, and ignores Evasion, meaning they will never miss their target. Unlike skillshots from most other RFs, M200’s retain the ability to score critical hits, but they are also affected by enemy Armor, although with AP ammo this isn’t going to affect her very much.
M200’s niche jumps out as a specialist in dealing with enemies that have decent Evasion, particularly during the night, as most RFs struggle to land hits on enemies with even below average Evasion. While M200 does quite well against these enemies in these conditions; outside of that, the fixed RoF results in M200 killing most enemies at a snail’s pace. In that time, against most enemies, a self-buffer RF could easily outpace M200’s DPS, especially as self buffer RFs can make use of both Damage and Rate of Fire buffs.
Negating enemy Evasion can be incredibly useful against certain enemies and especially at Night.
M200's hits during her Skill hit incredibly hard, allowing her to pick off the enemies she needs to quickly.
M200’s skill at max locks her into 1 attack every 1.5 seconds, this is extremely slow. This means M200 is overwhelmed by groups far more than most other RFs.
CDR tiles that affect RFs slightly decrease the time between shots during M200's Skill, allowing M200 to get 7 attacks off instead of 6. This is an interesting quirk of M200’s kit, not a reason to use RF CDR tiles with her.
The aiming part of her Skill does not mean she locks onto targets during this time, her attacks will always hit the furthest enemy in range, even if they just entered range.
