ICD: CD:
[Special Bullets]: Deal ($damage)% damage and reduce the targets evasion by ($eva_red)% for ($duration) seconds, up to 3 stacks. [Passive]: When receiving a buff, gain +3 Special Bullets. When an ally whose on their buff tiles receives a buff, gain +1 Special Bullet. Can hold 99 Special Bullets. [Active]: On skill activation, all allies will retarget and prioritise their attacks to the echelon leader's current target for 3 seconds. Use Special Bullets for normal attacks until no Special Bullets remain.
M327 is a weird DPS HG who gains charges of Special Bullets when she receives buffs. When she activates her skill, she starts using Special Bullets until she runs out. She also forces everyone to target the echelon leader's target.
As with any other DPS HG, her only real place would be in a 5HG, and as such, she competes with Deagle, Rhino and Python, and Python isn't really a likely option to swap as she just enhances her DPS partner's output.
Deagle stands as the DPS HG with the most utility because she also pierces HP shields and applies a Vulnerability debuff on enemies, also increasing Python's damage. With Python and other buffing HGs, M327 will basically never run out of Special Bullets, meaning she has the buff up permanently after she activates her skill once. Her damage output still leaves things to be desired, falling far behind Deagle or Rhino in most 5HG content, and at best on par with Deagle against heavily armored enemies (180+ armor), where one would expect her to have been better due to her FP self-buff. Rhino stands as the best DPS HG against such highly armored targets.
With this in mind there's little reason to raise M327 as she's outperformed by both Deagle and Rhino and you'll likely never field a third 5HG.
If this should ever be needed...?
For most content you're using 5HGs for, you'd not want your DPS HGs to overkill targets. Also doesn't work with either Deagle or Python if you would want it.
M327's retarget effect only lasts 3 seconds, far too short to make any significant impact in a vast majority of cases. This is especially true considering that the only realistic place to use her is in a 5HG echelon together with Python, who ignores M327's retargeting during uptime effect, so the retargeting is only applied to buffing HGs who don't do any significant damage to begin with.
In game, there was added a "Only stat-increasing buffs will trigger this passive ability" but this isn't entirely correct, and for anything that isn't a standard %-based buff, you test it to check it works if you intend to use her in some weird team.
