Overview
Mk 12 is a unique Limited Drop RF introduced in Continuum Turbulence.

She has the highest base RoF in the game at 46 Rate of Fire, and her Inspiration of Wrath Skill increases it by a further 30% alongside a 30% Crit Damage buff. The extremely high pre-skill RoF makes Mk 12 quite strong despite her relatively lower Damage stat,
Since her Skill translates to an approximately 65-70% DPS increase against targets whose armor she can fully penetrate, her damage output is on par with other premier 4★ RFs like SVD. Mk 12 can be treated as a standard RoF buffer and built around accordingly.
While a Crit Damage buff is less valuable against targets with extremely high armor such as Hydras, it won't be noticeable so long as Mk 12 is given enough Damage buffs and her equipment is fully enhanced.
