Overview
MP-443 is a Damage debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Damage with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Reducing enemy Damage is a niche solution to not having enough Armor on your SGs and should only be used if you know what you’re doing in such situations. While MP-443 is an option for this, she is not recommended to use before Modding.
Mod review
Overview
MP-443's Mod grants her the expected rarity improvements, increasing her Skill and tile multipliers. She also gains a Skill 2 that grants allies on her tiles a Damage buff for 4 seconds on Skill activation. As this is so short duration, it doesn't change her role much.
Overall it's a decent upgrade to a Day DMG Debuffer.

Still a Day Damage Debuffer
Still one of very few Dolls that have this Skill type, now slightly stronger.
Stronger Tiles
30% Damage is quite decent.
Cons
Awkward Tile Formation For Her Role
As Damage Debuffers are generally used with Armor tanking, ensuring full Uptime usually requires CDR tiles from RFs. As most RF tiles are forward-facing, her tiles can end up being unusable.
