Overview
MP-448 is a Evasion debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Evasion with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. While reducing enemies’ Evasion will help kill them faster, most enemies do not have enough Evasion for this to be better than directly buffing Damage/Rate of Fire. While MP-448’s tiles are fine, her Skill potency is lacking. As such, MP-448 is not recommended for use.
