Overview
NZ75 is a Rate of Fire debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Rate of Fire with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Killing enemies faster is almost always the best way to reduce damage taken, and reducing Rate of Fire is not an effective way of reducing enemy damage. Even though NZ75’s tiles are passable, she is not recommended as her Skill is not effective.
