Increases rate of fire and accuracy by ($buff_value)% for ($time_value) seconds.
ICD: CD:
While skill is in effect, attacks prioritize enemy units with the highest damage stat. Each attack applies +1 stack of Frost Edge to the enemy. After every 3 attacks and when the skill ends, each stack deals ($dam_value)x guaranteed damage that ignores armour and HP shields.
OBR is a mixed Rate of Fire self buffing RF like her 4 star counterpart T-5000. She forsakes some of the strength of the Rate of Fire buff on her skill for an Accuracy buff, thus letting her increase her hitrate. Due to this lower multiplier, OBR is about as weak as a 2 star RF at daytime or against evasionless enemies. When fighting enemies with evasion at nighttime, which should be her niche, OBR falls far short of better options for evasive enemies at night like M200 and SSG-3000.
OBR is a drop in Isomer campaign, and while you may get her while farming for P22, she is not a good option before being modded.
OBR has a lower buff multiplier (Rate of Fire) than similar RFs of her rarity.
OBR's new Skill 2, Frost Edge Rehoning, is her main selling point. While her Skill 1 is in effect, she will target the enemy with the highest Damage stat and apply a stack of Frost Edge with each shot. Once she has shot at a target 3 times or the skill duration ends, each stack will be consumed and deal guaranteed Damage that ignores Armor and HP Shields.
The main benefit here is actually the targeting, which lets OBR serve as a highest Damage enemy killer. Getting rid of whatever enemies can deal the most damage first is beneficial for obvious reasons, while the stacks that deal guaranteed damage help to offset her original poor DPS. Do note that enemy support units such as Murats and Quill of Patmos have a very high Damage stat, usually making them the first targets to be killed, as desired.
Overall a simple and straightforward but strong upgrade. OBR will be a worthwhile addition to your roster with a useful niche. MOD II is necessary to allow her to fulfill said niche, with MOD III being a nice optional upgrade.
Automatically targets the highest Damage enemy while her Skill 1 is active.
OBR's extra Damage from Skill 2 cannot miss and goes through Shields.
To get the most out of OBR, she needs to be brought to Mod III for her SPEQ that gives 10 Damage.
