Overview
OTs-14 is a Night self-buffing AR.
As a Night AR, OTs-14 has a significantly weaker Skill at Day but a stronger multiplier at Night. While this might seem beneficial, there really isn’t much reason to use a Night specialist when good Day ARs are completely fine at Night with a PEQ equipped. OTs-14’s SPEQ is a VFL combined with a PEQ, but this still doesn’t really make her very useful. A stronger AR or a Mod with a PEQ will still be preferable.
As such, OTs-14 is not recommended.
