Overview
OTs-39 is a Stun Grenade SMG, stunning enemies on hit.
Grenade travel time combined with ICD makes these rather slow at having an impact in battle. Adding in the fact that most newer enemies are immune to stuns and Stun Grenade SMGs do not have any other means of increasing their survivability means that OTs-39 is not recommended for use.
