Overview
P08 is a night specialist who buffs Evasion. This is not as effective as increasing allies' damage output through more meaningful offensive buffs. In addition her tiles are not very good, and as such, she should not be used.
Cons
Don't use P08
Use a proper debuffer or buffer.
Very Bad Tile Buffs
Her 12% Damage tiles are easily replaced by most Dolls and her 70% Accuracy may be high, but other Dolls outclass the buffs she provides.
