P10C essentially makes your echelon immune to damage for 2 seconds on Skill activation, provided you move into a formation to support it beforehand, and can even make you able to tank Beans.
As P10C's Skill has a long charge accumulation time, each activation needs to be carefully managed. As such, she should be set to forced manual and used manually if you are intending to use her.
She is not intended for general use and you should only use her if you actually need her niche of short duration echelon-wide invincibility.
P10C can make the entire Echelon immune to damage for 2 seconds per Skill activation.
Each charge has a 15s accumulation time, meaning that if you use all 3 charges in quick succession you will need to wait 45s for all 3 charges to be ready again.
As 2 seconds is not very long, careful timing is required for P10C to work well.
To cover the entire Echelon for a Skill activation, you will need to move into a formation that supports this before whatever you need to be immune to occurs.
The easiest way to set this up would be to place P10C on pos4, with the rest of the echelon on pos1, 5, 6 and 7 for the duration of the immune, before returning to regular kiting.
