Overview
P2000 has a mode switching Skill, meaning she has 2 effects you can use.
Accuracy Mode increases allies’ Accuracy and Evasion, while increasing her own damage slightly. This is almost entirely useless as the buffs are just not good enough. Her tiles give the same amount of Accuracy, and Accuracy is so plentiful on HG tiles that this isn’t something to look for.
Weak Point Mode makes her target the highest HP enemy and debuff it. Upon reaching 5 stacks, she also applies 20% Vuln. The debuffs here are too small to matter, only hit a single target and there are other Dolls that do this better. The 20% Vuln is fine, but you could just use HP-35, who applies Vuln to all enemies.
Fully stacked (5), her debuffs reduce Acc/Eva on the target by ~35%, which is not enough to make a major difference, especially considering modern enemies have plenty of Surehit making the Accuracy basically pointless. For Evasion debuffing, this is still only on a single target, and there are far better options to do this, such as Type92 Mod (who reduces Eva by 90% and forces the Echelon to target that target).
All in all, P2000 just does not bring anything relevant, and using better HGs would be recommended.
