Overview
P290 is a Damage Debuffer with some extra affects added, power creeping older HGs with the same niche. Her main bonus is the fact that she automatically stuns all High-Threat enemies in range when her passive activates, delaying them and making it possible to pick them off before they can shoot back. High-Threat is a tag assigned to certain enemy units, and a list of current enemies and their tags (as of SS) can be found here.
Her second bonus is that she grants the entire echelon 30% Night Vision, allowing non-ARs to regain some Accuracy which is most beneficial for RFs.
