Overview
PA-15 is a weird Stun Grenade HG.
PA-15’s tiles are awkward and unlike regular Stun Grenades, PA-15’s AoE only hits things above and below the target making it much smaller in comparison. It also deals some miniscule damage, which is obviously irrelevant.
As such, PA-15 is not recommended for use.
