PM5 is an SG that has the tiles of KSG and Agent Vector added up, looks like an AR at first glance, has an SMG-esque active skill and moves like a HG. Sounds like the best SG one could ask for, until reality hits: she has an awful base Armor stat, her active Skill is completely neglectable, and its short uptime completely hinders her it. Having versatile tiles, and HG-esque speed means that PM5 brings a versatility unseen in the SG category. Unfortunately, she fails to be a decent SG as she fails to hold a candle to her competitor, SPAS-12, both gluttonous wise and in-game wise, for a simple reason: she’s not a career reward, and she’s released alongside LTLX, who has a great Skill and a great Armor stat, everything PM5 doesn’t have.
She has a passive that, every time she moves, she gains +9 speed. That translates to PM5 always moving as an HG. As SGs are traditionally very slow, and thus hard to kite, PM5 offers HG easy kiting in the context of SGs.
Notice how PM5's speed is tremendously higher than Shorty's. The movement speed decay is largely neglectable for most scenarios Commanders will face.
Having a tile formation that looks like it was birthed out of a relationship between Agent Vector and KSG, PM5 can buff MGs without having to be on the frontmost row, and buffs 18% Damage to boot. If only she buffed RFs...
PM5 has a pitiful Armor stat of 20, which is below even most 3 star SGs. That not only makes Armor stacking have diminishing returns, but also hinders her active Skill.
Her active Skill gives her 80% of her Armor stat as an Evasion Boost. While that sounds great on paper, especially as SGs have low Evasion, it’s actually greatly hindered by a number of things:
