Overview
PP-90 has exceptionally high Evasion when compared to all SMGs, but her low HP does have a negative impact on her ability to tank. Her Skill makes her a 4☆ long duration version of Suomi, who has an amazing Mod making her one of the best Main Tanks in the game. PP-90 sadly does not have any such benefits.
Significantly weaker tiles than UMP45, who you should be using instead because you get her for free.

She has a 4s ICD, which is relatively good for a main tank SMG.
Cons
Awful Skill
PP-90's skill is a 45% increase to her Evasion stat for 15 seconds. This percent increase is low.
Mediocre Tiles
PP-90 formation tile buffs are a paltry 8% increase to Damage and 20% increase to Evasion. Due to how ARs want buffs that increase DPS, the Evasion buff is useless.
