Overview
!name is a Hand Grenade SMG, dealing medium impact damage in a medium sized AoE with a low ICD.
Hand Grenades deal the same initial impact damage as Incendiary Grenades’ initial impact, but deal far less total damage as their slightly bigger AoE does not make up for the loss of burning damage. As SMGs already have very low Damage stats, Incendiary Grenades are preferred over Hand Grenades in the early game, and both fall off hard in the late game. As such, !name is not recommended for use.
Mod review
Overview
A zero to negative, PPSh-41 is a mod that reminds us that, while MICA does make justice to some Dolls with the Neural Upgrade, it can also cast them further into oblivion. PPSh-41 Mod had one chance to have her tiles fixed, like UziMod, but failed. She had one chance to redeem herself with her Skill 2, but the first SMG buff is a Damage buff (when fielding offtank SMGs is already uncommon as is, nevermind fielding two), and her Evasion buff, which is actually useful, only comes up around the 20s mark.
Pros
Medals stick over battles
The medals she acquire only reset if the echelon is withdrawn, which means that it’s technically possible to enjoy the Evasion buff and Damage Reduction buff at 0s.
Not like there’s an actual reason to field PPSH-41 though.
Cons
What are those tiles?
They just needed to modify her tiles the same way they modified Uzi’s…
Moreover her tile buffs are pretty lackluster when compared to some Position 4 HGs, like Stechkin and 5-7.
Bad evasion
She gets some Evasion stats from her Mod, but her Evasion stat is still pretty awful.
Bad Skill 2
Buffing Damage at the 3s mark means little when she is not a strong offtank, and offtanks in general don’t see much use in late content. Buffing Evasion and Damage Reduction, both which are actually helpful, only happens at the 20s mark in the first and second battles, thus cementing the uselessness of her Skill 2.
