[Passive]: When attacking the same enemy unit, every second attack deals an additional instance of ($dam_value)x damage in a radius of 1.5 units. This attack has perfect accuracy, but cannot do critical damage, does not scale with Dummy-Links, and does not bypass armour. [Active]: Attacks of each Dummy are calculated separately. Attacks can be directed at different enemy units, prioritizing bosses and high-threat units, lasting for ($duration) seconds. When the skill is activated, each Dummy's first attack silences enemies in a radius of 1.5 units for 4 seconds (effective only against high-threat enemies).
QBZ-191's skill description is somewhat complicated but it breaks down to:
All in all, this means she behaves like a normal AR outside skill, and either sprays wildly among all enemies or focuses on the few High-Threat enemies present during the skill.
QBZ-191 should be treated as a high priority High-Threat target silencer (mostly Sniper Nytos (Snytos)) and is rarely useful outside this small but important niche.
Picking off the correct targets and not wasting time shooting irrelevant low priority tanks is amazing.
Preventing Snytos from jumping back and using their piercing shots is amazing.
If there aren't important High-Threat targets for her to focus down and eliminate, you probably shouldn't use QBZ-191.
Due to how QBZ-191's targeting works, if there aren't any High-Threat targets she will just spray randomly and is unlikely to proc her passive AoE, meaning she is not doing anything useful. As such, she should pretty much only be used if there are important targets for her to focus on.
In very high difficulty content where Snytos have more HP and possibly Force Shields or HP Shields, QBZ-191 alone may not be enough to kill the Snytos in time, requiring support from another DPS to kill them before the silence ends. Even if she can't eliminate the Snytos on her own, so long as the silence is active, the Snytos cannot jump out of range immediately upon losing a link, making them possible to eliminate.
