Overview
Rico is a 1★ RF obtainable from the Shop in the Gunslinger Girl Collab event. Besides being adorable, she is also an extremely formidable RF.
Her skill, Tower of Tisiphone, allows her to serve as an incredibly strong general use DPS RF.
Rico's Skill has a passive an active part. She passively generates Tarot Card stacks when attacking, each granting her 15% increased Damage, stacking multiplicatively to 52% at 3 stacks. Her active is a Bamboo with 3x Surehit Damage that can Crit, with a bonus 0.5x Damage per Tarot Card stack in a very tiny AoE (which for most purposes should not be treated as an AoE, besides being Linksplash). Simply treat her Skill as single-target nuke on the furthest target. Note that for general use, Rico should be left on Auto-Skill for most content as using her Skill is a DPS increase, see BSJ's analysis page for more details, though you may want to put it to manual in some situations.
On top of all this, she also comes with an amazing SPEQ that boosts her Crit Damage by a massive +45%, augmenting her excellent DPS potential even further. Overall, Rico is a highly recommended RF.
