[Passive]: Once ammo in current clip is depleted, enters AR Mode, reducing own rate of fire by 40% while increasing own accuracy by ($pass_acc_value)% and movement speed by 150%. [Active]: Reloads and switches back to MG Mode. Reload time is a fixed 1 second and reloading clears all stat changes from AR Mode while increasing own damage by ($dam_value)% for ($duration) seconds.
RPK-16 is an MG that attempts to overcome one of the main problems with MGs, having to reload. Ultimately, her performance is not up to the task.
Her Skill is split into an Active and Passive, where her Passive allows her to continue shooting after running out of Ammo with increased Accuracy and massively reduced RoF. Her Active makes her reload for 1 second, and then gives herself a minor DMG buff for her entire volley before she runs out of Ammo again.
The problem here is that her reloading has an 18 seconds cooldown and her DPS while out of Ammo is terrible due to the massive RoF penalty.
Don't attempt to use her with ARs. She's a mediocre MG and should only be used if you need her Armor tiles and for no other purpose.
18% Armor is quite decent, but the rest of her tilebuffs are pretty much useless.
RPK-16 performs like just about any other mediocre MG. RPK-203 actually does the sustained MG thing if you want that, use her instead.
No, you shouldn't use a mixed echelon just because RPK-16 buffs other things than MGs and SGs with her tiles.
Bipod does not decrease her reload time, it is fixed at 1 second.
If you actually want functional sustained anti-Armor DPS, use a self-buff RF.
