RPK-203 is a mode toggle MG, with her default mode being Continuous Mode allowing her to keep shooting without ever reloading at the cost of some minor Damage, Accuracy and Rate of Fire. The second mode is Burst Mode, which gives several self-buffs and gives her Highest-HP targeting while active. The best part about this is that you can leave her in Continuous Mode until buffs align and then briefly activate Burst Mode before returning to Continuous Mode without ever reloading.
Additionally, RPK-203 will summon a Teddy Bear in front of any SG on her tiles that takes damage, which has stats based on the SG as well as Taunt, providing some extra minor survivability for the SG.
Continuous Mode gets rid of one of the biggest weaknesses with MGs, having to reload. The minor Damage and Accuracy penalty is easily overcome by not having to reload at all.
Burst Mode is basically Terminating Barrage (from older MGs) but far better, and gets rid of the other main weakness of MGs, random targeting. In addition to dealing increased damage with every 4th attack, it also increases Crit Chance and Crit Damage, and finally also gives her Highest-HP targeting and locks onto the target until it is dead. While this may not always be the correct targeting for every fight, at least it isn't random.
Combining both no reloading and deterministic targeting makes RPK-203 removes the primary weaknesses of default MGs.
The extra DPS from Burst Mode blows the old "Big 4" out of the water.
Even with all the above, RPK-203 is still an MG and should only be used where MGs are needed.
Note that the RoF penalty from her Continuous Mode is massively decreased by Skill Levels, making it far less of an issue provided she is Skill Leveled.
