Overview
S.A.T.8 (SAT8) is a SG with an HP Shield Skill that has very low ICD. HP Shields used to be incredible for SGs as Flash ammo did not exist. These days Flash ammo will prevent chip damage on SGs, but HP Shields remain occasionally useful against linksplash and if you don't have enough Flash ammo.
Her Skill has a very low ICD, a low cooldown and decent uptime, with the caveat that she only hits the front column and as such she must stay there to gain the HP Shields.

SAT8's ICD is only 2 seconds, which is incredibly short.
HP Shields
HP Shields can be super convenient. Due to how HP Shields interact with linksplash attacks, this can completely nullify damage that would otherwise hurt a lot.
Cons
Slightly Low Armor
SAT8 only has 22 base Armor, which is slightly on the lower end for Main Tank SGs.
Full analysis
SAT8's HP Shields hit the front column, which means Twin Fairies (which are at the edge of it) can get the HP Shields, while Taunt (which is in front of the front column) does not get them.
