Overview
Saiga 308 is a generic self-buffer, with her Skill increasing her Damage.
General performance using Saiga 308 is usable, but unremarkable. As such, Saiga 308 may be used in your first RFHG if you need RFs. Otherwise, she is not recommended for use.
Full analysis
Note that her buff for allies works on any adjacent doll on activation, not just on her tile layout. (Also works on a Doll behind her.)
This doesn't really matter much as you'd rarely want a RF in front of the rear column, but still interesting.
She also has CDR tiles for everyone, which is fairly unique, and not often that powerful but still nice.
