Overview
Scout, or Steyr Scout, was a 3* RF given as a login reward in preparation for Isomer. Thank goodness Mica did because nobody used her for Isomer anyways. Don’t mistake her for the enemy Sangvis Ferri scouts, which are evil flying triangles of evasion.
Steyr Scout’s tile shape is decent and her stats are average. She is a firepower self-buffer so her application range can be quite broad. Unfortunately, due to the existence of monsters like M14 and higher rarity units such as Lee Enfield and G28, her performance falls flat comparatively.
Since she’s a login reward unit, she’s also not a very good budget option. Pretty poor choice for investment.

As a member of the “3* RFs that aren’t called M14” club, Scout’s existence is overshadowed by similar but better performing units.
Low Rarity Skill Multiplier
Due to her inherent rarity, Scout is held back by her base stats and low skill multiplier.
Login Reward
As a login reward, getting dupes of Scout is pretty difficult, making getting copies for the sake of cheaper dummy linking incredibly worthless.
