Overview

Cutting right to the chase: Shipka is awful. This T-Doll doesn’t have any signs of experimenting with skill design gone wrong and she’s no solution in search of a problem. She’s a no strings attached, no multi-paragraph explanations needed, just a bad T-Doll that simply fails at whatever she wants to do. Shipka has no redeeming qualities in her role; she has a weak RoF/Evade tile buff, a lacking statline that doesn’t have any standout factors, but even if she did, she’s ultimately left with the decidedly mediocre Evasion Focus skill. A fairly long initial cooldown for an (admittedly kind of large) Evasion self buff failed to make its mark back in 2018, and it definitely still fails at this now. She doesn’t even work as a “budget option” when better main tanks are easier to get. Just scrap any Shipka copies you get, the three cores are worth a whole lot more.
