SRS is a rarely-seen teacher-type RF T-Doll with a unique skill. So rare, in fact, that she cannot be produced from the factory and must be earned through accumulating 1,800 points in the Entrance Exam point event for the EN server.
Blessed with a solid set of base stats, a useful unique skill, well-placed tile buffs, and excellent performance in her niche, SRS is a versatile DPS RF T-Doll who will see plenty of use for commanders who regularly field RFHG echelons to fight heavily armored foes.
SRS has a lopsided but overall strong set of base stats with high Damage and low Rate of Fire, resulting in general performance competitive with strong self-buffing RF T-Dolls.
Hunting Demonstration is a powerful self-buff skill granting SRS 60% increased Damage and 40% increased Accuracy for 5 seconds, with standard DPS RF cooldown timers.
The Accuracy boost increases her performance significantly against highly armored enemies with notable Evasion, such as Doppelsoldners, Uhlans, and some Manticores.
SRS has well-positioned buff tiles, allowing her to cover the two front column HGs from position 7 with her cooldown reduction tiles.
Since Hunting Demonstration is a hybrid skill that increases multiple stats, the Damage buff component has a lower multiplier (60%) than that of a dedicated Damage Focus skill on an equivalent 5* rifle like Lee-Enfield (75%). It is, however, still a very significant boost and does not significantly impact SRS’s performance in most situations.
SRS has a very low Rate of Fire, necessitating a well-designed team composition that can boost her attack speed to an adequate level for the content that she is facing, typically including one or two HG T-Dolls that can buff Rate of Fire.
SRS is a 5-star RF T-Doll with a unique skill that can be considered analogous to a standard Damage Focus skill with an accuracy boost added on top.
SRS has a relatively low base Rate of Fire (RoF) like most other RF DPS. Since SRS does not boost her own RoF, her performance in encounters with more than a few enemies will improve significantly when she is paired with RoF-boosting HGs like M950A, Stechkin, or Five-SeveN who can cover for this weakness.
Among self-buffing RFs, SRS towers over most of the competition with an impressive Damage stat of 135, on par with Lee-Enfield and higher than that of WA2000 and SVD, three of the most powerful RFs available to the EN playerbase. While the Damage ranking chart may appear to show SRS as being fairly low compared to other RF T-Dolls, keep in mind that RF units typically fall into two categories: self-buffers who increase their own stats and deal damage through regular attacks, and “bamboos” who deal burst damage with their charged shot. Only IWS (a specialist T-Doll) and bamboo RFs, who are difficult to use as general-purpose sustained DPS backline RFs, have higher Damage than SRS.
This particular combination of SRS’s skill and base stats results in a general performance on par with Damage Focus RFs like M14 and G28, while Lee-Enfield maintains a very slight edge over SRS due to a higher skill multiplier of 75%.
As RFs have high innate Accuracy, the ACC boosting component of Hunting Demonstration is generally negligible in daytime encounters, and has no effect against most armored Sangvis Ferri units as they have 0 Evasion. The particular niche of highly evasive and armored enemies was first introduced to EN during the VA-11 HALL-A collaboration event in the form of enemy Doppelsoldners (bipedal giant robots) and Uhlans (armored tanks). The same enemy types will reappear in future events and later chapters of the Girls Frontline main story, and SRS can be expected to outperform her peers by a small but consistent margin in those encounters.
Notably, SRS has an unusual tile buff formation that can reduce the cooldown of two HG T-Dolls placed in position 8 and 5 from position 7. As HG buffers typically have an initial cooldown of 6 seconds, the 18% cooldown reduction tile reduces it to 4.92 seconds, almost perfectly synchronized the 5s initial cooldown of RF skills.
Some other RF T-Dolls with a Firepower Focus-esque skill such as IWS, G28, and Lee-Enfield have CDR tile placements directly above and below them, so the tile coverage offered by SRS complements theirs, naturally resulting in an echelon formation with handguns fully covered by cooldown reduction tiles. With the right team, this makes for five T-Dolls who simultaneously activate their skills for a tremendous increase to damage output at around 5 seconds.
While SRS excels at the particular niche of taking down highly armored and evasive foes, her performance as a general-purpose RF remains excellent when paired with the proper team. Commanders who don’t mind adding another powerful DPS RF to their armory would do well to earn SRS in the Entrance Exam point event while she is available in EN.
