Overview
Stella Hoshii is a self-buffing multihit RF.
Stella Hoshii’s Skill description doesn’t say it, but each of Stella Hoshii’s Dummy-links has 2 tiny puppets that attack for 50% Damage each, making her a multi-hit RF. Her self-buff is a bit weak, and her “next hit has extra Crit Damage” every 8 attack cycles isn’t very impressive.
While usable, Stella Hoshii pales in comparison to the selection of much stronger RFs available and is as such, optional at best.

Stella Hoshii’s puppets both have standard RF targeting, but the second one will always retarget to something else than the first one if possible. This does make her worse at killing off targets swiftly, but she also won’t get stuck on anything.
