Overview
Suzuka has two firing modes: in one she spends her entire time reloading, and in the other she deals a bit extra damage to unlinked targets.
While she has deterministic targeting in RPG mode, the Mica lies. The RPG is targeted at the highest HP enemy unit while her MG mode is just default MG with random targeting. Her RPG AoE is tiny and doesn't do nearly enough damage to make up for spending the entire fight reloading, and in single-target mode she effectively just has a 50% self-buff.
Overall, she just ends up being incredibly unimpressive, and MGs have to be extremely good to even be considered for use in the first place.
