[Passive]: When changing attack targets, increases own damage by ($dam_value)% for ($duration) seconds (stacks up to 4 layers). [Active]: For ($duration) seconds, each attack from every dummy link carries an additional ($fixed_value) points of fixed damage, ignoring enemy evasion, armour and HP shields; When attacking enemies with multiple dummy links, the effect is doubled.
SVCh is a fairly strong RF, who excels primarily at killing off mobs. SVCh’s skill, Sugary Response, contains a potentially powerful snowballing effect on its passive portion, granting her a 10% Damage buff whenever she changes targets for 5 seconds, stacking up to 4 times, for a maximum buff of about 46%. If SVCh can keep killing off enemies, causing her to change targets, she can maintain this buff fairly easily, considerably boosting her DPS. The active portion of her skill adds a fixed instance of 150 damage to every hit, doubling up to 300 when the target has multiple dummy links present. This extra damage ignores evasion, armor, and HP shields, however it is still affected by damage reduction effects, such as force shields and Orthrus skills. Do note that the damage reduction effect from Orthrus applies to both itself and the shield, so while SVCh’s active will ignore the HP shield, it will still only deal 1 damage. Interestingly, damage amp effects increase the damage of SVCh’s active skill, so HP-35 can cause it to deal a bit more damage, though this is a smaller benefit. In a standard RFHG team, SVCh can be treated the same as any standard self buffer, and should be buffed accordingly.
As mentioned in the overview, SVCh’s passive, when in full swing, can let her output some fairly strong consistent DPS as long as there are enemies for her to kill. The active portion of her skill helps out as well, eating through link protection and adding some acceptable flat bonus damage to her attacks.
SVCh has a decently high damage stat compared to most other RFs of her archetype at 144 and a very high base Accuracy of 97. Her base RoF is somewhat low at 35, though this can be remedied easily with RoF buffs from HGs.
While the ability to maintain an up to 46% Damage buff is nice, The buff is still lower compared to a traditional self-buff.
With AP buff before Isomer arrived, new Commanders are unlikely to face issues against armored enemies, which lower her value for them, while newer content has armored enemies with HP pools high enough that her active Skill barely makes a difference in her damage output
