T65, commonly known as an M16 clone, is unfortunately much worse than her 4 star counterpart. Her Skill is split between self buffing Damage and Crit Rate, which means she neither gets a meaningfully strong buff at night, and also gets Crit Rate, which barely makes a difference, as most ARs can’t equip VFLs at night. That, coupled with the fact that Night missions are a thing of the past, means there’s little to no reason to level T65 at all. New Commanders looking for a budget Night AR should look at 9A instead, which is obtainable through standard Production, unlike T65, and has a much higher Damage self buff.
At 54 Damage and 76 RoF, T65 has better stats than most of her Night companions, which is surprising given she is just a 3 star. Unfortunately, that’s not enough to offset the low multiplier of her Skill.
When her competitors are a dream woman, an awkward yandere and a shy girl, T65 is just your typical cutie.
Her skill is split between 100% Damage self buff and 40% Crit Rate self buff at night. Meanwhile, G41, the AR staple, self buffs 75% at day and at night. As at night most ARs, including T65, can’t typically equip Crit scopes, this means that T65’s self buff is barely better than G41’s, and also has a shorter uptime (8/16 versus 10/16)
Her skill only offers 22% Crit Rate self buff at day, which is where it really matters. The 40% self-buff at night barely makes a difference, as she has only 20% Crit Rate base stat, and can’t equip a VFL at night.
