Overview
TEC-9 is a Damage debuffing HG, reducing enemies’ Damage with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Reducing enemy Damage is a niche solution to not having enough Armor on your SGs and should only be used if you know what you’re doing in such situations. There are better options than TEC-9 with Mods that aid their overall performance. As such, TEC-9 is not recommended.
