For early game, where Evasion still plays an important role in combat, fielding Tokarev on RFHG teams could help HGs survive longer, whereas on early night maps she could provide support for the main tank.
50% Accuracy, either for ARs or for RFs, are generally not as appreciated as Crit tiles or Damage tiles, while 20% ROF tiles can be appreciated, but don’t do much.
Having a debuff skill, and offering a mix of Accuracy and Rate of Fire tile buffs, Tokarev manages to falls off hard as the enemy starts having high amounts of Accuracy (such as Hydras) or sure-hit attacks (such as Rodels, Gundams or Archers).
Her tile formation forces her to be placed on position 4, a position hotly contested by 5-7, SAA, Stechkin, Grizzly, Nagant, K5 and Clear. As later content demands more offensive power because enemies either one-shot dolls (Hydras) or have AOE attacks (Gundams and Minotaurs), Tokarev quickly falls down the priority list of dolls suited for position 4.
