Overview
Tokarev is an Evasion buffing HG, increasing her allies’ Evasion with her Skill.
A HG’s effectiveness is based on their Skill effect combined with their tilebuffs. Killing enemies faster is almost always the best way to reduce damage taken. Increasing your allies’ Evasion is not an effective way of killing enemies faster, and while Tokarev’s tiles fine, this does not make her much better. As such, Tokarev is not recommended for use.
